I can honestly say I am living a great life. While this is true today, tt wasn’t always the case and it didn’t happen by accident. Once I became consciously aware of how I was choosing to participate in life, I realized if I didn’t make some serious changes, my future would not be so bright.
This entertaining and inspiring keynote outlines the 5-step approach to achieving health and happiness, and if adopted, you too, will be a better being.
Self-care is key to your evolution yet is neglected all too often. Whether due to the demands of life, traditions of culture and society, or self-inflicted expectations, addressing the needs of YOUR human gets brushed aside to tend to those around you. While this may work out for a short time, eventually the neglect will have consequences.
