Having been knocked off kilter a few times in life, I know how helpful a blueprint can be when trying to get back to living life. I’ll take you on a journey through one such time, highlighting the steps and strategies that got my groove back.

Hi, I’m Michelle Zellner.
For over two decades it has been my mission to inform and inspire everybody to be the best they can be. My time in the wellness industry, as well as my personal life experiences, have allowed me to create courses and programs that outline the way toward a healthier, happier, more satisfying life.
My keynotes and workshops offer foundational information from a holistic perspective that is rarely taught. This blueprint works for individuals, as well entire workforces. By implementing tangible strategies to ignite and support healthy behaviors, all will benefit.
