Permission to Self Care is an ideal keynote for caregivers, empaths, or any human who consistently puts themselves last. I will provide the tools and motivation to ignite the audience to be the BOSS of themselves.
Initially created for the 2022 American Heart Association GoRed for Women campaign, the message of this keynote is universally applicable. The audience will be laughing, crying and nodding along as individuals gear up to reclaim their rhythm.

Offerings are tailored to fit your workplace whether you are interested in lunch-n-learns, a dedicated 10-week You Revolution course or an immersive workshop. Program agendas are customized to best suit the size and dynamics of each group.
Topics addressed include time and stress management, effective communication, disease prevention, goal setting and achieving, nutrition, fitness, and more!
